Sign the Community Commitment

The purpose of our community is to empower and enable everybody to find and pursue their purpose.

We are creating a better world – one purpose at a time.

We, the members of this community, commit to this agreement.

We are…

kind: We treat each other with kindness, consideration, and love.

generous: We support each other with our most valuable skills and our time. We give more than we take.

supportive: We support each other in finding, pursuing and manifesting our purposes with openness and a strictly positive attitude. To do this, we only interact when we are able to care.

careful: We are an aware space and connect to each other with openness and vulnerability, are holding the space for each other and help protect personal information.

diverse: We know that everyone is different. We support without judgment and learn from each other. We actively seek diversity and celebrate our differences as our strength.

belonging: Everyone is welcome, included and has a voice. No shaming, hate speech, manipulation, unkindness, blaming, mobbing, ego-trips, mansplaining, stereotyping, time-stealing and trolling. And of course, no sexism, racism, antisemitism, homophobia, etc.

mindful: We let our community grow one purpose and person at a time with people who are ready, willing and able to contribute to our purpose.

firm: We actively address and reject behavior that is not in the spirit of our commitment. We help each other to become aware and to change. Community members who do not contribute to upholding the spirit of our commitment can and will be excluded from the community.
